Neither this site nor its content is a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information here or returned by a linked tool must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose governed by the FCRA.
Accuracy Can Change
Government offices may change contacts, procedures, and published records without notice. Custody systems can update late. We do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Confirm facts with the originating office before traveling to a facility, relying on a custody status, or sending funds.
No Legal Advice
Nothing published here is legal advice. A general website cannot evaluate a personal case or replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Independent Search Tools
Some search boxes are run by outside providers. We do not control their results, prices, availability, or treatment of information submitted to them.
Links Leave Our Control
Outbound links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, courts, federal locators, and other resources. Their operators control their content and uptime. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for an outside page's accuracy or availability.
Official Records Live Elsewhere
This site does not host jail rosters, booking photos, mugshot galleries, arrest files, or court records. It identifies agencies and official locators that may hold them. Ask the Ogemaw County Sheriff's Office, corrections division, court, police department, or other issuing office to confirm custody or supply a record. An arrest, charge, or photograph documents an accusation, not a conviction. Every person is presumed innocent unless proved guilty in court.
